Everyone in my house is a bit agitated. It’s been a little over a week since we’ve all been home together. As an introvert this would be a dream if I didn’t have 3 extroverts pacing around sighing all the time. Here are a few simple things to try to settle your brains and bodies. I bet you are already doing some without even realizing it!


Let me tell you our rocking chair is getting quite the workout these days. We’ve actually had 2 screws come loose (on the chair that is!)

So tell me are you going to crack out the backyard hammock or maybe find a way to put it up in your basement? Hit the mini-trampoline? Milkshakes? What’s your milkshake of choice?
